Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from StarrNet Limited via this site www.starjudaica.co.uk and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before making any new purchase.

Overseas/Internet Orders    
We will advise most economic alternatives for postal charges. Please enquire first before placing order to determine total delivered cost on info@starjudaica.co.uk

The Order

All prices are quoted in GBP, USD, EU and are inclusive of VAT, providing a free delivery is to a location within the UK. Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to an additional charge and we are under no obligation to accept your order. All item prices are exclusive of delivery unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges can be located in the Delivery Section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Payment

We accept all the major credit/debit cards as follows: MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and any subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link, we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information provided via such a link. If products are not available for any reason after we have received your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit/debit card account. Online payments made by Debit or Credit card are handled securely through our Nochex Merchant Account

Availability

In stock: available for consumers to buy online.
Out of stock: not available for online purchase neither for trade

Delivery
We make every effort to deliver all products within the UK within 5 Working Days of acceptance of your order. Where this is not possible, we will ensure delivery of your products within 30 days of acceptance of the order. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside the UK. Deliveries shall be made at the address you have specified in your order and, at our discretion and expense; we may deliver parts of your order separately. All deliveries must be \"signed for\" and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they have been delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment and if we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and hold the products in our warehouse. If you require us to re-deliver the products, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

The price includes packaging and delivery ONLY for deliveries within the UK (except the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and all other off-shore UK islands).

We will charge £7.95 for those UK destination listed above (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and all other off-shore UK islands) as well as for EU countries.

The cost of International delivery will vary for each order and customers requiring this service should contact info@starjudaica.co.uk before placing any order, to receive details of carriage charges.

Exchange, Returns & Refund policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 working days in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Credit and Debit Card Charges as well as P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage.

Emails
All emails will be to you at the address you specify to us. It is therefore important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise; we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes before submitting your order and we deliver the products to you, you advise us of your new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement if such a failure is attributable to a change of address.

Governing Law

English law shall govern our agreement and any disputes will be resolved, non-exclusively, by English Courts.

Information Collected: When you order products from us, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, number of your credit/debit card and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, carry out credit checking and notify you of your order status.
